The Pulsatron Compact® range includes a wide variety of compressed air self-cleaning high efficiency cartridge filters that can solve all dryfiltrationproblems.
Polluted air goes into the filter through a pre-chamber that helps separate the coarse particles; the flow then goes through the cartridges, depositing the contaminant outside of them, while clean air is delivered through the filter head.
An automatic cartridge cleaningsystem maintains the suction capacity, washing them by blowing compressed air that directs the dustinto the specific collection drawer or bin.
The limited dimensions and minimal noise of the filter mean it can be installed even inside departments near the sourceofpollution.
Versions
Cartridge filter with integrated fan
The Pulsatron Compact® cartridge filters in versions TV, HV, NV and SV are fitted with centrifugal electric fans (with EU motor with IE3 efficiency) designed to be installed inside the machine with the advantage of eliminating its noise and reducing the installation space.
Cartridge filter with ground fan
To allow installations with customised capacities and heads, the Pulsatron Compact® cartridge filter
models TS, HS and SS can be fitted with a fan installed on the ground
XL series cartridge filter
To increase the installed filtering surface, Pulsatron Compact® XL Series cartridge filters have been designed for applications with large air flows. In fact, XL cartridges from Ø 325 mm and 120 mm in height are able to filter 20m2 each (and 40m2 each only with the TVXQ model)
